I currently serve as Chief Research Scientist at Cerved (Italy), a research fellow at the ION Management Science Lab at SDA Bocconi, and a lecturer at Bocconi University. 

I received a PhD in Business Administration & Management in June 2023, an MSc in Economics in December 2017 from Bocconi University, and a BSc in International Studies from the University of Trento.

In my academic research, I study how entrepreneurs and innovators make decisions under uncertainty, focusing on their cognitive perceptions. In my dissertation, I proposed novel theoretical arguments for the channels through which a theory-based approach to decision-making improves decision outcomes, providing new empirical evidence from three field experiments conducted with entrepreneurs in both developed and developing countries.
